Kevin is the founder & principal consultant of GoalBridge Consulting. Throughout his extensive career, Kevin has amassed over 25 years of experience building businesses, developing organizations and providing leadership at the Executive and Board levels across multiple industry sectors. 

 

Serving as a senior Human Resources Executive for successful companies such as Mars Incorporated, Cardinal Health and Hewlett-Packard among others, Kevin has delivered results within a variety of ownership structures, including private equity, privately owned and public Fortune 500.

 

His accomplishments include managing enterprise-wide cultural transitions, completing major acquisitions and integrations, building new organizations and departments domestically and abroad, acquiring talent for C-Suite positions, and implementing effective company growth and productivity strategies.

He also serves as a contributing consultant for Landid, a company of independent consultants who collaborate to provide innovative and custom business solutions, such as employment branding and recruiting candidate experience among other areas. Through this partnership, Kevin is able to provide additional services including:

of a $13B privately owned, 34,000 employee consumer goods manufacturer. Promoted to Chief
HR Officer after the business was divested to private equity.
